While attending the University of San Diego, Lauren interned with the Scott-Finn team and assisted their team with transaction details. She received her BA in Communications and returned to RI to join her family’s successful real estate development company. She later received her MBA from Johnson & Wales University. Lauren has been with MREG on the Moran Team, for 7 years assisting both buyers and sellers with their home purchases. She has a reliable team of resources available to help clients with inspections, repairs, renovations, and property valuations. Lauren is energetic, honest, very organized and a savvy negotiator. The mother-daughter “Moran Team” is consistently a multimillion dollar producing team and has solid expertise in condominiums and new construction.

Lauren is currently an integral part of Moran Properties’ multi- family construction team using her creative skills to design unit layouts and decorate common spaces of buildings. She is an avid reader and golfer and loves spending time with her husband her dog, Leo!
